What formatting does Describer use?
Describer saves clean HTML: paragraphs, bold text and line breaks, plus a short bullet list at longer lengths. It never adds an H1 heading.

Descriptions are saved as clean HTML using paragraphs, bold text, line breaks and lists. From length level 4, a short feature list is added when the product supports it.
No H1 heading is added, because your product title is already the page heading, and the title is not repeated as the first line.
