Maya
Can descriptions mention my brand name?
Yes. Enter your brand in the Shop Name card in Settings. Describer may mention it once per description, naturally, never repeatedly.
Yassine
Why was my new draft product skipped?
If the task has Only process published products on, new drafts are skipped by auto-processing. Run a task on them once they are published.
Maya
Why is auto-processing greyed out?
Auto-processing is not available when the task uses Specific Products. Choose All the Products or Specific Collections to turn it on.
Maya
How do I write descriptions in bulk?
Open New Task, choose All the Products, Specific Collections or Specific Products, set the options and length, then submit the task.
Liam
How do I get bullet points in descriptions?
Choose length level 4 or higher. Levels 4 to 6 add a short feature list when the product supports it. Minimalist tone avoids lists by design.
Maya
Completed, but fewer products were updated?
Completed means the task finished. Products can still be skipped by filters, by Skip previously processed or because they had 60 words or more.
