Describer Bulk tasks

Use All the Products to run one store-wide pass that fills missing and short descriptions.

Choose All the Products on Let's Get Started to include every product in your store. The review step confirms the count, for example You've selected every product in your store (240 products).

Tips for a store-wide run

  • Leave Replace existing descriptions off for your first pass. Describer then writes only products with no description or a short one (under 60 words)
  • Keep Only process published products and Only process active products on to focus on live products
  • Check your available credits on Home. One credit is used for each description saved
  • Turn on Auto-process new products that match this task's criteria so products you add later get a description too
