Published and active product filters

Describer Bulk tasks

Skip products that are not visible in your Online Store, or that are drafts or archived.

The Product/Images Filtering Options card on Configure Product Settings starts with two filters. Both are on by default.

  • Only process published products: skip products not visible in your Online Store
  • Only process active products: skip products marked as draft or archived

When to turn them off

Turn the filters off when you prepare products before launch and want descriptions ready on drafts. Skipped products do not use credits; they are counted as skipped in the task.

Both filters also apply to products picked up later by auto-processing on that task.
