Skip previously processed products

Describer Bulk tasks

Avoid rewriting products that earlier Describer tasks already handled.

Skip previously processed products is on by default. When a product was part of an earlier completed task, the new task skips it and does not use a credit. This includes products that the earlier task looked at but skipped, for example because they already had 60 words or more.

Combinations

  • Skip on, replace off: fill gaps only. The safest choice for regular runs
  • Skip off, replace on: a full fresh pass, for example after you change the tone or length for the whole store
  • Skip on, replace on: rewrite only products that no earlier completed task has included

If a task shows many skipped products, this option is often the reason. Turn it off whenever you want to rewrite products an earlier task already covered.
