The New Task wizard step by step: product source, product settings, description settings, review and submit.
Open New Task to start the wizard. Each step has Back and Save and continue buttons.
1. Let's Get Started
Choose the source: All the Products, Specific Collections or Specific Products.
2. Choose Specific Items
For collections or products, search and select the items to include.
3. Configure Product Settings
- Only process published products and Only process active products
- Replace existing descriptions and Skip previously processed products
- An optional vendor name
- Auto-process new products that match this task's criteria
4. Configure the description
Set Custom instructions, Description length (1 to 7) and Words to use or avoid.
5. Review and Submit
Name the task, choose when it runs, check the summary and click Submit Task. The task then runs in the background and appears in History.
