A Waiting task started with no credits left. Add credits, then resume it.
A task shows Waiting and Waiting for credits when your store had no credits left at the moment it started.
How to fix it
- Open Plans and check Usage This Month
- Get credits back by redeeming a gift code, or wait for your monthly credits to renew
- In History, open the task's actions and click Resume task
Resuming keeps the progress the task already made.
Still waiting in a new month?
If the month has changed, your plan shows remaining credits and the task still waits after you resume it, contact support with your store domain and the task name so we can check your balance.
