Why Describer rejects very short results and how to avoid the error.
Describer checks every result before saving it. If the AI returns fewer than 20 words, the description is not saved and this error appears in the Error Log of the task. The product keeps its old description and no credit is used.
Why it happens
- The product has very little data, for example a one-word title, no tags and no clear image
- A custom instruction asked for something very short
- Both options in the Data Considerations card of Settings are off
How to fix it
- Add details to the title, tags or product type
- Remove instructions that limit the length and use the description length setting instead
- Turn the Data Considerations options back on
- Run a new task on the product
