Pending tasks wait in the queue and start automatically after earlier tasks.
Pending means the task is in the queue. Describer starts pending tasks automatically, one after another.
Common reasons a task stays pending
- Another task is still Processing. Large tasks on All the Products can take a while
- The task was just submitted; give it a minute and refresh History
Scheduled is different
A task with the status Scheduled is waiting for the date and time you chose. It does not start early.
What you can do
- Refresh History to see the latest status
- Use Cancel task if you no longer need it
- If a task stays pending for a long time while nothing else is processing, contact support with the task name
