One use per code per store, one redemption every 30 days, and what each error means.
Rules
- Each code can be used once per store
- A store can redeem one gift code every 30 days
- A code can have start and end dates and a maximum number of redemptions
Error messages
- Invalid code: check the spelling; codes have 6 characters
- This code is not active. or This code is not yet valid.: the code cannot be used right now
- This code has expired.: the end date has passed
- This code has reached its maximum number of redemptions.
- You have already used this code.
- You can only redeem one gift code every 30 days.: try again 30 days after your last redemption
If a valid code keeps failing, send the code and your store domain to support.
