When credits run out

Describer Plan & credits

What happens to tasks and auto-processing when your balance reaches zero.

When you have no credits left, Describer stops writing and nothing is charged.

Tasks

Describer checks your balance when a task starts. If no credits are left, the task gets the status Waiting with Waiting for credits in the Progress column, and you get an email if notifications are on. Use Resume task once you have credits again; the task keeps its progress.

Auto-processing

New products created while your balance is zero are not described. Run a task on them later.

Getting credits back

  • Wait for your 50 monthly credits to renew at the start of the month
  • Redeem a gift code on Plans

To make credits last, keep Replace existing descriptions off and use filters so only the products that need a description are written.
