View task details and results

Describer History

Read every new description, open products in Shopify and check the error log.

In History, open a task's actions menu and choose View details.

Task Details

  • Status, ID, Created date and, for scheduled tasks, when it will run
  • Progress: how many products were updated so far
  • Statistics: Products:, Products Updated: and Products Failed:

Processed Products & Results

For processing and finished tasks, Describer lists each processed product with its image and the new Description. Click Edit in Shopify to open the product and adjust the text by hand.

Error Log

When something went wrong, the Error Log explains it, for example a product that could not be saved or a credit limit. Include this text when you contact support.
