Let new products that match a task get a description automatically, without running a new task.
In the Auto-processing Options card on Configure Product Settings, turn on Auto-process new products that match this task's criteria. When enabled, new products that match this task are given a description automatically.
How it works
- When you create a product in Shopify, Describer checks your tasks that have auto-processing on
- If the task covers All the Products, or the new product belongs to one of the task's collections, the product matches
- Describer writes the description with that task's settings: filters, length, custom instructions and words to use or avoid
- One credit is used for each description saved, as with any task
In History, the Auto Update column shows Products only for tasks with auto-processing on, and Disabled for the others.
