Scan your store, set your language and tone, then run a small test task before your whole catalog.
Recommended order
- On Home, click Scan My Store to see how many products have no description or a short one
- Open Settings and choose the Language and Writing tone for your descriptions
- Keep Consider product title and Consider the current description on unless you have a reason not to
- Optionally enter your Shop Name so Describer can mention it once
- Create a New Task with Specific Products and pick 3 to 5 products as a test
- Check the results in History, adjust the length or instructions, then scale to a collection or All the Products
Why test first
Describer saves the new description directly on each product and does not keep a copy of the old one. A small test lets you tune the length and tone before you spend credits on the whole catalog.
