Do skipped products use credits?
No. Credits are only used when a description is saved. Products skipped by filters or failed saves cost nothing, and neither does a store scan.

No. Describer uses a credit only after a description is saved on a product.
Products skipped by the published, active or vendor filters, by Skip previously processed products or because they already have 60 words or more cost nothing. Failed products and Scan My Store are free too.
