My task says Waiting for credits
The task started when no credits were left. Get credits back with a gift code or the monthly renewal, then choose Resume task in History.

Describer checks your balance when a task starts. With no credits left, the task is set to Waiting and nothing is written.
Once you have credits again, open the task's actions in History and choose Resume task. If it still waits in a new month, contact support with the task name.
