What does Skip previously processed do?
It skips any product included in an earlier completed task, even one that was only skipped then. Turn it off to process those products again.

Skip previously processed products is on by default. It skips products that an earlier completed task already included, whether that task wrote them or skipped them.
Turn it off when you want to rewrite products with new settings, for example a new tone or language.
